Kech is a performance-driven and enthusiastic Program/Project Manager, Scrum master and all-round administrator with effective design, planning and management strategies to drive team and company growth in the long run. Over time, Kech has collaborated with various teams as a Real Estate Sales Officer, Project Manager and Program Manager, leveraging Scrum management as a framework for leadership, with which Kech has become a value driven and a skilled initiator of successful Scrum-led strategies in ensuring effective operational/administrative excellence and improved work ethics and performance. Agile Project Management, Administration, Scrum leadership, Negotiation and Contract development are some of Kech's core strengths as a masterful Program Manager towards achieving organizational and personal goals.
