Food Distribution

The focus of our Food Distribution Program is to provide an array of wholesome, nutritious food choices to neurodivergent individuals and families facing food insecurity.

For The Nutritional Needs Of All

Autism Ally’s Autism Ally’s food distribution was created to help persons with disabilities and their families gain access to healthy foods and nutrition. Some families who care for neurodivergent persons struggle with lack of resources, most times, leading to food insecurity. Many households in the community we serve are faced with an increased amount of food insecurity.

Our food distribution program is designed to help educate families and persons with disabilities on how to make healthier food choices. Many persons with disabilities have special diets and cannot be subject to certain foods. Our program also offers overall food security for families and caretakers within our communities.

By working together and with your donations, we can help maintain good, healthy meals and create awareness and growth in our communities.

Addressing Healthy Food Choices

Autism Ally’s goal is to build partnerships with local restaurants, grocery stores, and food drives to make nutritious meals accessible to individuals with disabilities and their families while expanding their food choices, and making nutritional foods accessible and affordable, in accordance with the guidelines of myPlate.gov.

How it works

Food assistance is available to all pertinent families, such as persons with disabilities and families within the areas we serve. Autism Ally Group’s food pantry and distribution program is designed to operate at no charge to the benefiting families. Families are served on a first-come, first-serve basis.
