Ike Ogbuebile has worked as a principal partner for an International Learning and Development organization. He is a prolific business development and communications consultant who has shaped high-performing acculturation, and a trusted adviser to Boards of Directors, CEOs, and Corporate Executives.


He served as a key member of the Board of Directors, Maryland State Acts for Youth Program, reporting directly to the North American President of the organization.

He has proven success in counseling and people management through the delivery of several high-profile projects locally and internationally. Along with a degree from Cornell University New York USA, he studied Industrial and Labor Relations, as well as Advanced Leadership and Strategic Industrial Management. He also attended Middlesex University Business School with his Master’s in Human Resource Management, and lastly, attended the University of Jos, where he received his Bachelor’s in International History.


A skilled relationship broker, solutionist, and excellent communicator, adept at forging partnerships between leaders in the private and public sector, with a keen eye for personal development, a good understanding of brand identification, reputation management, perception, and crisis management with over 25 years of international business experience. He is a strategic planner and visionary with outstanding leadership skills, an inspirational speaker, a counselor, and a life coach, and has a proven ability to lead.


Ike possesses a unique ability to foster relationships among leaders and high-profile individuals. He has an astute understanding of brand positioning and image recognition to optimize the efficient use of talent and work with diverse teams to design productive workforce systems. Ike has a strong experience in delivering robust interventions working with individuals with mental/physical disabilities and business expansions for corporate organizations, including non-profits.

He is a father of two lovely daughters and enjoys traveling, building human bridges, and socializing.
